Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP solicitors acquires Steed & Steed

Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP solicitors completed their acquisition of Steed and Steed solicitors with offices in Sudbury and Braintree on 29th April. The acquisition has been supported by private equity firm the Blixt Group. The firm will become part of the FJG group and operate under the Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP name, led by FJG CEO Tony Fisher and COO Paula Cameron.

The deal will expand FJG's collective capabilities and services in key practice areas for the firm including family law, conveyancing, private client and dispute resolution.
