Share the Peace, Sponsor a Dove

The Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Foundation for Peace is launching a new campaign to coincide with the first ever refurbishment of the 15-year-old Peace Centre foyer.

A display of 200 engraved Doves for Peace will form a visual statement of the community's dedication to

the achievement of peace.

Each dove will be a symbol of a group or individual's commitment to peace, whether in hope for the future or in memory, while each order will also help towards the cost of the foyer refurbishment.

Fundraiser Jonathan Levy, said: "With terrorism on the increase, demand for the Foundation's unique services has never been greater. We believe that conflict is inevitable, but using violence is not.

"Therefore, in addition to raising funds, we aim to increase awareness of our work and why it is needed. More than 10,000 visitors from all over the world use the Peace Centre each year, and everyone who joins this campaign will be welcomed to see their personalised dove and find out more about the difference their support is making."

Doves are available in three colours and can be personalised with up to 20 letters, 10 on each line. Engraving of elements:

White Dove – £25 – available for individuals only

Silver Dove - £50 – available for businesses and individuals

Gold Dove - £100 – available for businesses and individuals
